openfellas GmbH gains PROM12 from Munich and Christian Kranebitter as newshareholdersand strategic growth investors.
openfellas has grown steadily since it was founded in 2010. As a full-service provider for odoo ERP implementations, openfellas has almost 50 employees and supports customer installations in over 20 countries with a focus on the DACH region. Supported by PROM12, openfellas plans to continue its strong organic and inorganic growth in these core segments.
As a specialist for digital transformation and IT services, PROM12 will support openfellas in its future development and work closely with the openfellas management team to strategically develop the company for national and international growth. The previous shareholders of openfellas will remain as shareholders and employees. Johannes Nordhaus, Stefan Krötz and Florian Schneider will continue to be responsible for the business of openfellas as managing directors.
