Dresden, April 25, 2024: Scolution GmbH & Co. KG is now an official member of the Communardo Group.
As an expert in Atlassian solutions, Scolution is expanding the Communardo Group’s portfolio in the area of agile working and project management. This reinforcement means that customers can be advised even better and in a more targeted manner and have more capacity to implement solutions for modern working in companies of all sizes.
Dirk Röhrborn, CEO of the Communardo Group, welcomes the addition: “The Scolution team is an ideal addition to our Atlassian portfolio. We are looking forward to joint orders, for example for agile working and project management.” With the acquisition, Communardo is not only expanding its expertise in modern work, but also its regional presence. Schwäbisch Hall is to be further expanded as a location in the long term.
Florian Reingräber, founder and Managing Director of Scolution, will retain his management position. “Our customers – especially those from industry and the public sector – can continue to rely on our quality and the contacts they are used to. In the long term, they can expect greater effectiveness in their projects,” explains the founder of Scolution. “It was important for us to find a strong partner who shares our vision and mission and will shape the digital working world of tomorrow together.” In addition, Florian Reingräber is also a partner in the Communardo Group, helping to steer the joint business.
