iTSM Group and SOLVVision join forces to create a leading European specialist for digitalization in ESM
The two leading ServiceNow Elite Partners iTSM Group and SOLVVision are merging to form a group of companies. The corresponding agreement has now been signed. The iTSM founder Siegfried Riedel is selling a majority of his shares. In addition to Siegfried Riedel, the main shareholders of the new joint group are the financial investor PROM12, which has held a stake in SOLVVision since 2024, and Patrick Kasimir, CEO of SOLVVision.
The aim is to jointly expand the offering and drive growth across Europe. The two brands will initially be retained in order to preserve their identities and cultures, particularly for customers and employees. Over the coming years, the sister companies want to build a common identity and culture and grow together organically under a new joint brand.
Leading European specialist for digital transformation
iTSM and SOLVVision support their customers in the digital transformation of their business processes. Both companies specialize in consulting on, implementing and operating ServiceNow – the provider of the leading platform for the digitalization and automation of end-to-end processes and services. SOLVVision’s particular strength lies in its presence in the German SME sector and iTSM’s ability to deliver to international companies.
Numerous awards, including the “EMEA Implementation Partner of the Year 2025” and “EMEA Reseller Partner of the Year 2025” awards recently presented by ServiceNow, underline the expertise of both companies. Together, SOLVVision and iTSM cover the ServiceNow portfolio even better. In the future, further acquisitions in Europe and the expansion of specialized areas of expertise are planned to provide even better customer support.

Close collaboration from now on
The collaboration between the two companies will begin after the transaction is closed. The teams will get to know each other intensively over the coming weeks and work directly on their first joint projects, for example in the joint development of new products and consulting services or through the joint staffing of project teams.
